After you place your order, we send it directly to the restaurant / shop, which starts preparing it immediately.

Our restaurants/shop do everything they can to get your food or product delivered as quickly as possible. However, sometimes restaurants / shops receive very large amount of orders, or drivers get stuck in heavy traffic - this unfortunately might cause delays.

Quantity and quality of the food/other items is the restaurants/store' responsibility. However in case of issues with the quality or quantity, kindly submit your feedback and we will pass it on to the particular store(restaurant) page.

2. Choose what you would like: Pick a restaurant/store and select items you’d like to order. You can search by restaurant / shop name, cuisine type, dish name /  product or by keyword .

3. Checkout: Enter your exact delivery address, payment method and your phone number. Always make sure that you enter the correct phone number to help us contact you regarding your order, if needed.

Now sit back, relax, and we’ll get your food / product delivered to your doorstep.

Creating an account is not mandatory. You can order using our guest checkout without having to sign up. We make sure that ordering food / product online at is quick and fuss-free. After placing your order, you will have the option of creating an account.

Delivery time varies from restaurant to restaurant. It also depends on the number of orders that the restaurant has to prepare and on the distance between the restaurant and your delivery address.

You can see the estimated delivery time for each restaurant in your area on our website. After placing an order, a more precise delivery time will be communicated to you by SMS.

Usually the ones closest to you will charge a small delivery fee. If a delivery driver has to travel a long way, they may charge a little extra for the service.You can easily check the delivery cost for each restaurant / store whilst browsing our website.

All our stores accept cash on delivery & paytm but paytm charge 4 % extra applicable

Your order can be edited before it reaches the restaurant/store. You could contact customer support team via chat or call to do so. Once order is placed and restaurant starts preparing your food, you may not edit its contents

Any major change in delivery address is not possible after you have placed an order with us. However, slight modifications like changing the flat number, street name, landmark etc. are allowed. Orders may be cancelled due to:

  • The restaurant / store is closed

  • The restaurant / store is out of an item

  • The restaurant / store is no longer accepting takeout orders

While we never want a situation where your order is cancelled by party other than you, if it is, we will ensure you receive a full credit or refund.   

While many restaurants will include napkins, flatware or plasticware with their deliveries, some do not. If you do require any of these items, please put it as a request in the Extra Instructions box and we will do our best to get you what you need.

How it works

If you want to view all restaurants, just go to Restaurant List. Then enter your location to check which restaurants can deliver to you.

Click on 'Login & Sign up/Register' at the top of the page. Then fill out your information in the ‘Create an account’ section and click the ‘Register’ button. You can also create an account directly after placing an order. Your delivery address and the order details will then be saved in your account.

Our delivery hours vary for different locations and depends on availability of supply from store partners.
